The key comes later.
Mac Prompt Rewriter is being prepared for a one-time purchase. The intended commerce provider is Lemon Squeezy, subject to seller approval and final setup.
In preparation · No checkout or download is open on this site. Do not enter payment details here.
What is planned
A buyer would receive a license key for Mac Prompt Rewriter and activate it on a supported Mac. The key would grant Mac Prompt Rewriter use; it would not include ChatGPT access, model allowance, or a promise that those services remain available.
Selected launch terms
Sales are not open yet. The planned source edition is US$19 as a one-time purchase, with the final tax treatment shown at checkout.
- One person, including their commercial work, on two activated Macs. Deactivate an old Mac to move a slot.
- The purchased version and all 0.x and 1.x updates when released. Later major versions may be separate purchases; there is no recurring charge or promised release schedule.
- Online initial activation and daily license checks while running. During an outage, an existing activation can continue for up to 30 days from its last successful validation. Explicit invalidation stops new rewrites when observed.
- A full refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase. Mandatory consumer rights and the payment provider’s remedies remain unaffected.
- Installation, activation, and reproducible defect support through the seller contact published before launch. No guaranteed response time.
Support is available at madashti23@gmail.com. The approved checkout and validated buyer download are still being prepared. No payment can be made here yet.
License data flow
License activation should remain separate from Codex sign-in. The app should store the key securely on the Mac, verify the intended product, and send no draft, task history, or ChatGPT credential to the commerce provider. A provider outage should be distinguishable from a revoked entitlement, with recovery guidance for valid buyers.
Open source notices
Mac Prompt Rewriter is adapted from PopChat and retains the upstream MIT license. The included open-source licenses remain in force. The two-Mac activation allowance applies to the commercial activation service and support; it does not remove rights granted by those licenses. Release packages include upstream and dependency notices.
When sales open
Purchase and download links will appear once checkout, delivery, support, and the release have been verified. The current zero-cost route is a source-built native edition; it must be described as source-built and any optional app as unnotarized. A signed/notarized binary remains a separate route requiring seller-owned Apple distribution credentials.
